- Eastward Energy currently offers Budget Billing to residential customers.
- Our Budget Billing Plan can help you mange your budget by spreading your total estimated annual bill over 12 months.
- Your monthly payment is based on your previous years usage history.
- For new customers, we can use your estimated usage but it is strongly recommended you have one year of usage history established prior to joining the plan.
- Enrollment occurs in July & August depending on your billing cycle.
- We perform a six-month review to ensure the budget amount aligns with usage patterns.
- In the 12th month, your last payment plus any differential (balance owing) will be due.
- Once you have joined the plan you will remain on it until you tell us otherwise.

- Under “Billing & Usage” click “Budget Billing” to enroll.
