Already an Electronic Billing Customer?

Follow these steps to create a password and get started: 

  1. Visit myaccount.eastwardenergy.com to access Customer Advantage. (We recommend using Google Chrome for the best user experience.) 
  2. Select “Forgot Password”. 
  3. Enter your eBill registered email as your User ID. You will be prompted for your User ID and email address. Please re-enter the same email in both fields. 
  4. Enter the displayed verification code and select “Submit”. 
  5. Check your inbox or junk folder. You will have 20 minutes to reset your password. 
  6. Follow the link in the “Reset Password” email and enter a new password. 
  7. With your email address and new password, log in to Customer Advantage. 
  8. Enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage! 

 

Sign-Up for Customer Advantage

  1. Visit myaccount.eastwardenergy.com to access Customer Advantage. (We recommend using Google Chrome for the best user experience.) 
  2. Select “Sign up”.
  3. Complete the account registration form. (You will need your Eastward Energy account number to complete the registration).
  4. With your User ID and your password, log in to Customer Advantage.
  5. Enjoy the benefits of Customer Advantage!
